Boomer Senior Roundtable Series Session IV: Meeting the Needs of a Growing Community.

Thursday, April 4th, 8:30 am – 10:30 am at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, 331 East 70th Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenues.

The number of older adults across New York State—residents aged 65 and over—increased by 26 percent over the past decade, while the state’s under-65 population actually declined by 1 percent during the same period.  There are now more older adults in new York than the entire population of 21 states.  A new report from the Center for an Urban Future explores what older New Yorkers need to live, and live well in the City.
