The state legislative session has adjourned, and now begins the process of sending the bills that have passed both the Assembly and the Senate to Governor Hochul for executive action.
- The Governor can sign a bill into law or veto it, and the process can last until December 31, 2024.
- Periodically we’ll notify you as important bills need your voice to urge the Governor to sign them into law.
- Until then, we’ve updated our bill tracker, and any line highlighted in yellow identifies a bill that has passed the Legislature this year.
- You can find it on our web page at this link, just click on the bill number that has a link (underlined) and you will be able to find out the up-to-date status if it is different from that published on the Tracker.
