Position: Outreach Counselor / Community Organizer Western New York
Field of Service: Senior Citizens
Expertise: Health Care / Patients’ Rights / Fraud Prevention / Advocacy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, 5 years of experience in the field of aging
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills
- Computer and social media skills (Gmail, Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable Form of transportation
- Up to date covid vaccination series (required)
- Willing to work within social settings
- Willing to work and travel to different communities in Western NY
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred)
