- To prevent any diminishing of health benefits for all public employees below what they had as of November 1, 2022.
- The legislation is particularly important now as it can address attempts by NYC to force retirees into a Medicare Advantage Plan

- Message: I urge your support for S8388/A7866-A and action on this bill before the end of this Legislative Session. Public retirees should be able to count on the health benefits that were available on their retirement to last throughout their retirement years.
