September 23, 2021Saratoga Chapter has been planning for a Fall meeting where we can return to an in-person gathering. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend:
“Saratoga Initiatives in Supporting People with Chronic Illness”

The first hour will be a panel discussion with the following presenters:
