Governor Hochul will deliver the annual State of the State address. The address, held annually at the start of the legislative session, sets the tone on new initiatives the Governor will propose and highlights recent accomplishments. She will outline the administration’s priorities and legislative agenda for 2026 and will be followed by the proposed State Budget before the end of this month.
