- Message: I urge you to include the Ounce of Prevention Act, A6027 in the Assembly’s budget proposal. I am worried about my risk of having hospital debt for unaffordable out-of-pocket costs. Hospitals are supposed to have financial assistance available, but the income level for eligibility must be raised. The Governor has included this in her proposed budget, I urge the Assembly to improve upon that and not provide anything less.
