We’re interested in meeting participants that want to share their experience (2-5 minutes)
  • What was your admission experience like?
  • As a family member, have you ever been asked to sign an admission agreement that you will be financially responsible? What did you do?
  • Has the nursing home ever threatened to discharge you because the staff thinks you complain too much?

IF YOU DO WANT TO SHARE:

  • You do not have to mention the name of the nursing home.
