StateWide has been a lead advocate for a bill that will ensure comprehensive state Medicaid coverage for dental services. A court settlement that requires modern medical standards to save a tooth expires in 2027. A bill has passed both houses to continue the settlement by placing the standard into state law, A1931 (Paulin/Cleare.) We urge you to contact Governor Hochul to urge her to sign the bill into law.
