August 28, 2025Join Outreach Counselor Beata for the NY StateWide Senior Action Council's August meeting for the Syracuse Chapter. Agenda will include:
- Recruitment for Syracuse/CNY chapter membership
- 2025 StateWide Conference in Saratoga Springs, Oct 13-15
- Local transportation services & programs
- Member Updates and Discussion
The meeting will be held on August 28th from 11am to 12:30pm at the CNY Philanthropy Center, 431 E. Fayette St., Downtown Syracuse 13202 Conference room, 3RD floor Free parking in lot next to the building.

September 23, 2025Join StateWide at the 2025 Oswego County Senior Fair on Tuesday Sept 23rd from 9am to 12pm! StateWide will be there with multiple other vendors at this free event at the Lake Ontario Conference and Event Center 26 E 1st Street, Oswego, NY. There will be additional workshops happening as well:
9:15 – 9:40 AM: Healthy Air Fryer Cooking Demo Presented by Beth McCarthy, NYSOFA
9:55 – 10:20 AM: Medicare 101 Presented by Oswego Health & USI
10:35 – 11:00 AM: WISE (Wellness Initiative for Senior Education) Presented by Dylan Lavner & Kyle McCauley, Oswego County Prevention Coalition
