York StateWide Senior Action Council joined with Citizen Action
and NYSUT retirees to rally against the Senate Medicare-prescription
drug bill at the New York State Capitol at noon on Monday,
June 23, 2003. Stinky the Skunk joined the group to highlight
that the drug bill "stinks" in providing poor coverage
with a huge gap in coverage and attempting to force seniors
into private plans. The bill also threatens New York State
